How to qualify?
- Provide proof of income (Federal 1040 tax form, month of pay stubs, or other proof approved by Interfaith Clinic)
- Proof of residency (utility bill with physical address from a household member)
- Provide identification (Arkansas driver’s license or photo ID)

Will I receive a bill from Interfaith Clinic?
Yes, services are deeply discounted and patients will be billed based on their household income. Under Federal Law, all patients must be covered by a health insurance policy, but Interfaith Clinic understands there are still barriers to receiving coverage. We are here to provide access to medical care for patients who remain uncovered.
